  • To confirm the  accommodation stay reservation, the rate of the first night of the reservation will be charged via Visa Card/ Master Card Card Details upon booking.


CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If reservation is cancelled between 7 and 3 days before date of arrival, there will be a full night’s charge.
  • If reservation is cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival, a minimum two night’s stay will be charged.
  • If reservation is cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival, the full amount of stay will be charged.
  • Any reduction of stay while in- house, the full original reservation shall be charged.
  • Any refunds made via credit card will be subject to a 5% administration fee.

FESTIVE SEASONS& SPECIAL OFFERS CANCELLATION POLICY

Throughout the Festive Seasons & Special Offers we shall not accept cancellations for reservations made at the hotel. Should your reservation be cancelled full payment must be forthcoming.

A refundable deposit of €70 is taken at check-in and returned during check-out, provided there are no damages found in the rooms. Any breakages or missing items shall be charged for.

Pricing may vary from time to time. No refunds shall be given on variances in pricing.

The hotel is very strict with changes to a client’s scheduled stay. Clients departing prior to their date of departure will be charged for the remaining nights and no refunds will be given.

Children under 3 years of age dine complimentary. Children`s discounts are applicable from 4 to 11 years of age.

Club Salina Wharf will endeavour to accommodate any special requests you may have. All requests are subject to availability upon arrival. We strongly suggest that guests inform the hotel as early as possible to avoid any disappointments.

Check-in & Check-out:
Your room shall be available for check-in at 4pm. Early check-in is available on request and subject to an additional charge. Check-out is at 10am. Late check-out is available on request and subject to an additional charge.

What language is spoken in Malta?
Malta’s official languages are Maltese and English; English is especially well spoken in tourist regions and the majority of signage, documentation and information is provided in English. Italian is also widely spoken. 

How easy is it to travel around Malta from Club Salina Wharf?
The resort is situated in Bugibba, 15km from the capital city Valletta and 20 minutes away from the airport by car. Public transport, in the form of buses, is regular and stops are within walking distance of the hotel.

What currency is used in Malta?
Malta joined the EU in 2004 and the Eurozone in 2008. The Euro is therefore the official currency used across the islands.

Does the Hotel cater for special dietary needs?
Our chef will happily cater to any special dietary requirements. Please inform us what your requirements are when booking. 

Does the hotel have an Internet cafe?
Yes, in the lobby. Internet is charged at a rate of €1 per 20 minutes.

Can I rent a car?
Yes, as long as you hold a valid Driver’s License and can produce another form of identity. Driving in Malta is on the left.

Will I have access to medical care if I need it?
Malta enjoys world-class medical care, which is free to EU citizens (providing they have a European Health Insurance Card). A doctor is on-call 24-hours a day.

What is the electrical supply and socket type used in Malta?
The electrical supply is 240 volts, single phase, 50 cycles. The 13 amps, three-pin rectangular sockets are used.
